COURIER PARTNERS

All domestic orders within South Africa are delivered via The Courier Guy. International shipments are entrusted to our global logistics partners, including UPS and FedEx, ensuring secure and reliable delivery worldwide.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Purchases completed after 16:00 may be processed on the following business day. During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Once dispatched, domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 business days. International delivery timelines vary depending on destination and courier schedules.

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be issued via email or message, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
