Domestic orders within South Africa are delivered via The Courier Guy. All international shipments are handled by our trusted global partners, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
SOUTH AFRICAN ORDERS
- Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders placed between 8am and 3pm are processed within the same business day.
- Orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the following business day.
- During promotional or sale periods, processing times may be extended.
- Complimentary nationwide shipping is available on all orders over R2000.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
- In compliance with international regulations, we are legally required to declare the full value of all items on customs documentation for tax and duty purposes.
- Please note that delays resulting from customs clearance, courier disruptions, or other external factors are beyond our control.
