Refund policy
At AMALUNE, each piece is designed with the expectation that it will be worn with confidence and intention. Should your selection not meet expectations, the following policy applies.
EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
This applies in the following circumstances:
➊ Incorrect size or fit
➋ Change of preference
➌ Unwanted gifts
Please note that refunds are not issued for the above reasons.
All sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly.
To initiate a claim:
➊ Contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order
➋ Include your order number and clear images showing the issue
Following assessment, we will offer one of the following resolutions where appropriate:
➊ A replacement, subject to availability
➋ Store credit
➌ A refund, issued only where the item is confirmed to be genuinely defective
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that natural wear, minor dye variations, pigment washes, or distressed finishes are intentional design elements and do not constitute defects.
REFUNDS
Once your refund has been formally approved, kindly allow between 5 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
